:~$ Who am I?

Hey I'm eRus. I'm a software developer by decision, mostly.

I started my journey studying Mathematics at university. Life threw a few curve-balls, and I had to change paths.

Next stop? Gas Engineering. I graduated but never landed a job in the field. So, I pivoted to Software Development. Fun anecdote is that I actually had to learn a bit of programming to do my thesis ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, I may write about it in the future.

I kicked things off as a trainee at a small company that gave me the opportunity. Also I could be part of some Software Libre communities. And since then I've been a Software Developer.

These days I'm unemployed (yes, that's a thing), but that gave the change to explore other stuff not related at all to software development but, who cares?. I know how to crochet so I started selling my handmade creations at local markets.

Apart from that, I love cooking, photography (not necessarily good at it), games, wine, and of course math, coding and crocheting. In general I love exploring different stuff that picks up my curiosity.

Why I'm sharing this?

Honestly I don't know, I just want to put my thoughts and experiences somewhere, and a blog sounds good to me. Maybe someone will find it useful.
